The username (email address) & password (your choice) to login to your affiliate dashboard and track your income.

6-12 Characters
Uppercase letter
Lowercase letter
Number
Special character {!@/_-%$).

Email address you would like to receive messages.

Preferred Coupon Code

Type a Preferred Coupon Code. This is a code you can create on your own. (Hint: Your social media name/ID can be your preferred coupon code.) This code will be used by the system to create your referral link and to track sales when your supporters and fans make a purchase.
